  • We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase! If you need to return anything, we’ve got you covered. You can return items within 45 days, as long as they’re unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that items showing signs of wear or damage won’t be accepted for return. For more details, check out our Return Policy.

  • We accept returns for unused items in their original condition within 45 days.

  • Nope, returns are free within the UK if sent within 45 days, as long as the items are in their original condition.

     

    For orders outside the UK, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, but you can still return items within 45 days. After 45 days, we won’t be able to accept returns.

  • If you’d like to return an item, simply fill out the contact form.

  • As soon as we receive your returned items (or if you provide proof that they’ve been sent back), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Don’t worry, we’ll make sure it’s done within 14 days max. If the refund hasn’t landed in your account after that, just drop us a message at Customer Service, and we’ll sort it out for you in no time!

    Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reach your credit card. However, depending on your bank, it might take a little longer to appear in your account – but don’t worry, it’s on its way.

  • At the moment, we’re not offering exchanges or replacements for the same product. But don’t worry! If you’re not happy with your order, just reach out to us and we’ll work out a solution.

  • At the moment, we’re unable to process online returns for in-store purchases. If you bought an item from one of our physical stores, it must be returned directly to the store.

  • Returns from outside the UK are subject to a fee, which may vary depending on the country. Please don’t forget that return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility. After 45 days, we won’t be able to accept returns.

  • We take extra care in checking and packing every order, but if you happen to receive a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch with us at hello@sasikedi.co.uk as soon as possible. We’ll make sure to sort it out and put things right for you.

  • Please make sure your return parcel includes the correct and complete item. If anything is missing or incorrect, we won’t be able to process the return—so please double-check before sending it back!

    We want you to enjoy your Şaşı KEDİ pieces for as long as possible, so please handle them with care. We’ll issue a full refund for any returned item, as long as it’s in the same condition as when you received it. However, if an item has been damaged, soiled, washed, or altered in any way, we may need to deduct an amount from your refund based on its reduced value—or in some cases, we may not be able to offer a refund at all.
